Responsible Retail & Age Verification Policy

Collector's Chamber is committed to promoting responsible retailing and ensuring that age-restricted products are supplied responsibly.

Challenge 25

We operate a Challenge 25 policy.

If you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25, you may be asked to provide valid photographic identification before purchasing or collecting certain products.

Accepted forms of identification include:

• UK or international passport

• UK photocard driving licence

• PASS-approved proof of age card

• Government-issued photographic identification

If suitable identification cannot be provided where requested, we reserve the right to refuse the sale.

High-Caffeine Energy Drinks

Although there is currently no UK-wide legal minimum age for the sale of high-caffeine energy drinks, Collector's Chamber has chosen to adopt a responsible retail policy.

We do not knowingly sell high-caffeine energy drinks to anyone under 16 years of age.

Age verification may be carried out before dispatch, on collection, or at the point of delivery where applicable.

Alcohol-Free Beverages

We may sell alcohol-free beers, wines, ciders, spirits, and similar beverages.

Some alcohol-free drinks may contain trace amounts of alcohol permitted under UK regulations or closely resemble alcoholic products.

For this reason, we reserve the right to restrict the sale of these products to customers aged 18 or over and may request age verification before completing the sale.

Future Alcohol Sales

If Collector's Chamber begins selling alcoholic beverages in the future, all alcohol sales will be conducted in accordance with UK licensing legislation.

Challenge 25 will apply to all alcoholic products, and valid photographic identification will be required where appropriate.

Refusal of Sale

Collector's Chamber reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• Age verification cannot be completed.

• False or misleading information has been provided.

• We believe the purchase may breach our responsible retail policy.

• Delivery cannot be made in accordance with our age verification requirements.

Where an order is cancelled for these reasons, any payment received will normally be refunded using the original payment method.
