We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please review our return and
refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility - You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. - Items must
be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. - Some items (e.g., mystery boxes,
clearance stock) may be non-returnable; this will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. How to Request a Return - Contact us at collectorschamberuk@gmail.com with your order
number and reason for return. - We will provide instructions and a return address. - Customers are
responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. - Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within
5–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items - Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect
item. - Include clear photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
