- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- We will notify you if there are any delays due to stock or other issues.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We ship across the UK (and internationally if requested).
- Standard delivery times: 2–5 business days within the UK.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination.
- Tracking details will be provided where available.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

InPost

This option is available in UK, please supply a contact number for notifications when the item is available to collect. Please also consider the size of the item you order as multiple items are larger than the cheapest option, feel free to message if you are unsure.

Customs & Import Duties (for international orders)
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

- We will work with the courier to resolve issues, but please allow reasonable time for investigations.
