Order Cancellation

At Collector's Chamber, we understand that circumstances can change. This policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet entered the packing or dispatch process, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer require the item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which explains your rights and the return process.

Please note that certain products, including food and drink items, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Where a supplier has begun processing a special-order or made-to-order item specifically for your purchase, cancellation may not be possible. Any exceptions will be clearly stated before purchase.

Special Orders

Products ordered specifically at a customer's request, including special-order, personalised, or made-to-order items, cannot normally be cancelled once we have confirmed the order with our supplier.

Partial Order Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items, you may request to cancel individual products before dispatch, provided those items have not already entered the packing or dispatch process.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your full name.

• Your order number.

• The email address used when placing the order.

We will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled.

Refund Times

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

While we aim to process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take several working days to return the funds to your account.

Our Right to Cancel

Collector's Chamber reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to:

• A product becomes unavailable.

• An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

• We are unable to verify payment.

• We suspect fraudulent activity.

• Age verification requirements cannot be satisfied where applicable.

• Delivery restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund for any payment already made.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
